Can you get on TV from behind the camera?

October 16, 2008 by
You watched the comcast sports tv, did you see me?
I was directly in back of the camera man.
Didn’t know that there were that many people in mayfair, they just kept coming.
I give the cops a lot of credit for the way they handled the crowd, they put barricades at the top and bottom of all the streets, no cars were allowed to enter the avenue nor were they allowed up any side streets………cops did an excellent job!!

Guess what?  I registered to vote.  I’m not going to tell that one across the street, cause she thinks she can swoop in and get my job at the polls.

A&E BunOgraphy

  • Born: April 13, none-of-your-goddamn-business
  • Birthplace: unknown. reported to be Paris, Madrid, Morocco, or Bristol, PA
  • Best Known As: The style icon who created the “little white sweat sock”
  • Name at birth: Lady Eleanore Gabrielle Bonheur de Chanel Weston

Style icon B. Schemm gave the world the little white sweat sock, Goodwill silk tank tops, the Rock N’ Roll Basement, and the revolutionary notion that style could be both Walmart classic and Dollar Store casual. Bun — a nickname meaning “yellow-haired delicate flower with cigarettes” — was raised on a sprawling estate, enjoying summer vacations in Brussels and spring breaks in Upper Darby. As a young woman, she began selling hats from her own shop, charging $1.25 for each baseball cap. The rising icon fast became wealthy from this proposition, since she had originally purchased the hats from the thrift store for $1.20 but had decided they were not suited to her own head. It was in that moment, staring at her own chapeau-topped visage, that she first uttered what was to become a national catchphrase: “Duh!”.

Soon, her fashion business had expanded to include a couture house, her own textile factory and a line of perfumes that included the famous Taboo and That Rose Piss from Woolworth’s.  Schemmsky was the first to introduce yellow as a fashion color; her versatile, semi-formal “stretch pants tucked into white sweat socks” became a B. Schemm trademark and an enduring fashion standard. While living in Lebanon, PA, Bun’s popularity temporarily waned, and her ill-fated love affair with an elderly clothing store owner named Sol sent her into a form of self-imposed exile in Switzerland for several years. She made a comeback, not long after, and her designs became some of the most popular in the western world, especially in the United States and Turkey. Today, she is celebrated the world-over, feted by kings, pursued by thousandaires, and adored by fifties rock n’ roll singers.

Katharine Hepburn portrayed Bunny on Broadway in the musical B. Schemm (1989, also with René Auberjonois)… Bun was also played by Shirley MacLaine in a 2008 movie on the Lifetime Channel.

Your Cousin Is Sick

May 26, 2008 by

Your third cousin, twice removed, sprained his ankle and is in the hospital.  You really should call him, even though you’ve never heard of him before.  How can you say you never heard of him?  He’s my uncle’s wife’s nephew’s boy that once visited the same state you used to live in.

I Gotta Get My Coffee Somewhere Else

May 19, 2008 by

I always get my coffee at the Dollar store.  But now they don’t have regular Maxwell House.  They’ve got “different grinds”.   Who the hell buys different grinds?

Oh, and I’ll drink Eight O’Clock coffee, but I don’t like it.  All I want is a can of regular coffee.
